The specially patterned yellow roll adhesive trap with Frankliniella occidentalis pheromone is specially designed for trapping western flower thrips as well as whiteflies and other pests attracted by the yellow spectrum. Research shows that the combination of a pheromone and a special pattern attracts both male and female California flower thrips. Optiroll Super Plus traps are coated on both sides with a strong and durable dry adhesive that does not stick to the fingers, but guarantees quality retention of caught pests. It is recommended to hang traps on the crop immediately after planting. The trap can also be wrapped around a tree trunk to keep out insects rising from the ground.
