Thor PRO5 -is a full-fledged substitute for natural food, for fixing on crops or maintaining the population of predatory mites of the genera Amblyseius and Transeius, based on the Tyrophagus entomophagous.
Tyrophagus entomophagous (also known as the entomophagous mites or narrow putrefactive mites) is a well-known barn stock pest that is able to survive for some time in the absence of food and is one of the most common food mites in the production of predatory mites of the genus Amblyseius (Neoseiulus). The female of the narrow tick reaches a length of 0.5 mm, males - 0.3 mm. Color - matte, translucent. The species is also characterized by low hairiness compared to other putrefactive mites and has only a pair of long setae at the top of the abdomen. They can form large clusters on the leaves, but do not damage the culture even if they are on the plant for several days.
The product ensures the maintenance of the population of the entomophage and the stimulation of its spread throughout the crop, even with a low amount of the pest.
