Rolled glue traps are widely used for mass trapping of many pests of protected ground crops, in particular whiteflies, aphids, thrips, miners, sciarids, etc. At the same time, fastening rolled traps with ropes, clothespins or staples is a rather laborious task.
In 2010, WDP Wire Working developed universal clips with which the glue roll trap can be attached quickly and easily in the greenhouse.
Rolled glue traps are inserted into the clip from the bottom, which makes it easy to use both when attaching and removing traps. Because the clips are made from V3 wire, optimal retention and years of quality are achieved!
Advantages:
- saving time due to simple and quick attachment of traps;
- the roll trap is clamped along its entire height, which prevents it from folding in half;
- the design ensures that the trap will be passed through the bracket and will not be cut by the clip;
- multiple use of universal clips, as they are made of V3 wire;
- ease of use when attaching, as well as when removing roll traps;
- universal clips have proven themselves in practice since 2010!
